reset network settings perhaps? is your issue with 3g or wifi or both?

Just under 3G, I'll have 3-4 bars and it says service is unavailable, I'll try resetting the network settings. It's with AT&T and a 4s

just on one website or any/all websites? Maybe try clearing Safari cache?
