Internet problems with windows xp (boot camp)

So I've just installed windows xp through boot camp and everything works fine, except the internet. It can pick up my wireless router but when it connects it just goes to limited connectivity. Has anyone else had this problem? my internet is still fine through osx so it must be some setting on windows that I can't figure out. any help would be great
