Internet Randomly Drops on Macbook Pro

I have been having issues with my internet lately. I will be working in safari and then my internet drops. It looks like the page is loading and never loads. My wifi bars are in full and internet works fine everywhere else in the house on all devices. I always have to quit safari and open it back up again for the internet to work again.

I am running a 2013 MacBook Pro Retina, MacOS Sierra. Any idea what is or how I can fix it?

What's your uptime? Go into Terminal and type uptime then press Enter.
