Hi,

I wiped my SSD with macOS Mojave and had the possibility to reinstall it in recovery mode. But I decided to shut down my computer instead. When I booted it again (using command+R), I immediately got internet recovery which lets me only install OS X Mavericks. Is it normal that the Mojave recovery mode isn't there anymore after a reboot and will it be possible to get Mojave back by using internet recovery?

Thanks!

Have your tried these options when you restart?

Command (⌘)-R:
Install the latest macOS that was installed on your Mac, without upgrading to a later version.

Option-Command-R: Upgrade to the latest macOS that is compatible with your Mac.
Doing this, will launch internet recovery to find the latest macOS compatible with your Mac.

Shift-Option-Command-R: Install the macOS that came with your Mac, or the version closest to it that is still available.
Doing this, will launch internet recovery to find the version of macOS that came with your Mac.

After installing Mavericks, Option-Command-R was able to launch the Mojave installer. Thank you!
