During my the mountain lion select your partition or something no drive was found! And I am freaked out. During the installation of my SSD upon disconnecting the cable thing from the HDD I sort of bent the film strip could that be the reason why? And after that I unbent it :(

You have to format/partition it with Disk Utility before it's visible to the installer. Did you do that first?
 
^ this.... Make sure you check disk utility and format the drive. If it doesn't show up in disk utility then reinstall the old HDD to troubleshoot.
