I cant use internet recovery because I havent buyed my OS from there but I just decided to test if i could see the drive there. Disk utility sees it there and I can format on partition drive there but when I boot from DVD it's no longer there.

What could be the problem? It's 500gb SSD drive and im using macbook pro 17" unibody.

Did you purchase the OS, or did you download it from a torrent site or borrow it from a friend?

It's from a friend. I accidentally wiped out my recovery partition too when re-partitioned.

But it should be the same version.

As per our rules, asking for help on pirated software is not permitted.

Please contact Apple for a replacement DVD, they'll be happy to send you a new one. As mentioned asking to help with a version of OSX that didn't come with your Mac is not permitted but you can at least get the original version back from Apple.
