Internet Restore force Big Sur?

Hello all,

I have a late 2015 iMac 5K, and I want to do a internet recovery to Big Sur because I'm having some OS issues on my Mac. I did internet recovery on my Macbook Pro 16 and it fixed the issues.

However, when I do internet recovery with Command + R, I am asked to install Mac OS El Capitain, which isn't ideal. Any way to force it to install MacOS Big Sur instead?

And when I try to do internet recovery with Option Cmd R, I get Error -5101F which there's nothing online about.
