internet sharing and airport express

Does anyone know if you can share your bluetooth dun connection from your macbook over airport and extend it with airport express? (to use with ipod touch)

Also it seems that under leopard there is no longer an option to create a closed computer to computer network! ??

I am using leopard, intel macbook core2duo, airport express, ipod touch!

or is there a way to share the connection to airport without creating a wireless network (from macbook airport) and by connecting to the wireless network there is now an internet connection for that network. When you share the connection it immediately wants to create a new connection.
