Heyhey,

So...

I want connect my MBP (bootcamp windows xp) to the internet since my wireless wont work on wxp. It connects but a bubble pops up saying "Limited or No Connectivity"... my friend took a look at it, he couldn't find out the problem and so he just did this adhoc thing on his pc (windows vista) and the connection was fine.

Anyways

// The ethernet cable/main wireless adapter (really have no idea) is connected to the desktop mac. If you dont understand... :
All I know is that all the computers in the house connects to our home wireless network which is connected to our desktop mac....

I heard that I would be able to share the internet from the desktop mac to my windowsxp on my MBP. Since most of my family connects to our wireless, if i were to select internet sharing with a password and such (since i don't want anybody else next door stealing my net), would that internet sharing disrupt the wireless network in the house???

Thank youu :]
