Ahoy, due to long and complicated reasons, I have this very complex internet set up, which is as follows:
Mac Mini with a Three UK USB Mobile Broadband adaptor, internet sharing turned on.
|
Ethernet
|
AirPort Express in bridge mode, creating wireless network, and distributing IPs (NAT)
|
WiFi
|
Two laptops, a phone, and any mates who bring their laptops round.
The set up works, but has one very irritating problem- whenever a machine connects to the WiFi network and gets a new IP, Internet Sharing on the MacMini turns off, and I have to remote into it via screen sharing to turn it on again.
Can anyone tell me either:
A) A solution to the problem
B) An alternative Internet Sharing system for Mac OS that's not rubbish
C) A fast way of turning on Internet Sharing via SSH or some other means
Thanks!
