Internet Sharing - IP Assigning Conflicts

Hello, I have a 1.66GHz Intel Core Duo Mac mini running OS X 10.5.1 and I also have a 350MHz iMac G3. I have been internet sharing from the mini to the iMac and one day it just stopped working. My friend figured out that it is a problem from my mini and it's a IP assigning conflict. My mini has a 168.254.xxx.xxx and my iMac has a 192.168.x.xx IP. I have all the settings right. HELP! 
