Internet Sharing problem

Hi guys

THis is vinay, got som problem with Airport/internet sharing.....its showing self contain IP....
i am using internet dongal through USB, then sharing internet to my phone through internet sharing option..
it worked before but from few days it not working.......
Plz need som help to solve this problem
