Internet Sharing Problems

I have set up a new PC wireless n card. Using its own drivers and utilities it works but not with internet sharing. My iMac G5 is sharing the internet through its airport using WEP 40bit. For some reason whenever my laptop (Titanium G4 powerbook) tries to connect with the exact same ASCII password (5 digits) the card doesnt do anything... I tried a computer to computer network with the same password and it works fine... Just internet sharing doesnt work. I have tried 40 and 128 bit HEX and ASCII passwords but nothing works.
