Internet sharing problems

hi, earlier today and yesterday, i had my mac use an Ad Hoc network that it produced, and i selected internet sharing, today something just went wrong, i have a verizon wireless internet card, and i am using and ethernet cable, can someone tells me exactly what to do in sharing and network. i would really appreciate it becuz i need to access the internet from my ipod. thanks in advance!
