Internet Sharing Security Options Missing

I swear 5-minutes ago I had the WEP 40-bit and 128-bit options under my security settings under Internet Sharing. Now all that I have is this:

Is there any way to restore the old options? I'm having trouble connecting a Windows 8 machine to it and the guide I found said that I should use 128-bit encryption to make it work.

Hold down the option key, then press the Security popup.
