Internet Sharing using excessive CPU cycles (natd)

Has anyone else been having trouble with internet sharing (natd process) using all their CPU cycles? My iMac G5 has been struggling with it the last few days. Weird. When I disable it, everything goes back to normal.

I've heard of this actually but that was awhile ago. I'm assuming you're patched up to date?
