Internet slow ONLY in Vista?

High, I just installed Vista under parallels and everything works great, but the internet is really slow in Vista, < 100kb/sec whereas I have 6MB/s downloads (cable) which seems to work fine - albeit not that fast in safari, etc.

Is anyone else having this problem?
