Hey, I am running 3.1.3 and I am wondering if it possible to tether on it. I know it's possible on 3.1.2, but is it possible on 3.1.3? Thanks in advance for all the help.

MyWi from Cydia should work still
 
Is that the only thing I need to download? Does it cost money and will it keep visual voicemail?
