Internet TV app with built-in channel browser?

I was wondering it there's an app out there that allows me to stream internet TV channels like on Winamp. I've got VLC but there's no built-in tuner like on WinAmp so I can't browse for what's on. Any help? Maybe a plugin for VLC?
