Recently I have had a problem using my router for connecting to the internet, for some reason when I have the router connected It won't connect to the internet. At first I thought it was my cable service but when I connect my ethernet directly from the modem to the computer it works great. If I hook the router up I get internet service but it can't find an addresses. ie: using network diagnostics in system preferences I have green lights on Built in Ethernet, Network Settings, and ISP. Then I have red lights on Internet and Server. I am not really sure of any settings that should or shouldn't be on, If that has anything to do with it. I was using a netgear router thinking it was the router gone bad i switched to my brothers Linksys and I have the same problem. Can anyone help I can't use my macbook wirelessly right now and it's driving me crazy

Thanks
