intrusive ads on main page

I keep getting these annoying ads on the main page and there's nothing i can do to get rid of them besides playing roulette with the refresh button. Please stop hosting ads like this.

It's a side effect of viewing the desktop site on a mobile device...it's loading a mobile ad that doesn't play nicely with the desktop content. Will look into it and see what we can do.
