After installing a MacOS update, I cannot boot into OS X anymore. Using CMD R, to boot and run Disk Utility, the error is "Invalid Node Structure" - also using CMD S and issuing fsck -fy command gives the same error.

I have created a boot drive from external drive and can boot from it but all the folders have the "No entry" logo on them. If I can access my data and copy it over, I don't mind formatting the internal fusion drive on my iMac.

Any help would be appreciated!
