Invalid Sim 4.2.1 BB06.15.00

I tried a T-mobile sim in my unlocked 3G, and I get an invalid sim. Its on 4.2.1, Baseband 06.15.00. I turned off 3G and restarted and still nothing, after 2 minutes of letting it sit, it said No Service.
