So after jailbreaking my VZW 4s, I've been getting this popup about an invalid SSL cert for ch4iv.myvzw.com.

Just wondering if anyone else has seen something similar.

It's very odd as whomever created the cert took the time to fill in the fields properly.

I took a video of it and will post up some pics soon.

Of course I've not accepted the cert but just cancel when prompted.

thanks.

So it looks like the server does indeed belong to Verizon, but it's odd that it would have a self signed cert - and one that's from Israel.

Perhaps the cert is from the voicemail vendor?

I run netstat when I get the popup, and only see the usual connections - to include ch4iv.myvzw.com

I've also received these notifications. I just received a "new" replacement iPhone4 two weeks ago from Verizon and to my knowledge the phone is not jailbroken. I noticed some strange settings when activating the phone and restoring my settings from itunes back up. I remember when I saw the settings realizing it was not a new phone and how on earth did I get a phone that was initially from another country.

I still cannot figure out what I did that caused this to pop up. I didn't click o an app at that moment that i'm aware of. The third time I received it I was only switching the phone to my other hand as I got out of the car. I also took screenshots of all the details and it is definately something from Israel.

I have downloaded several rediculous apps since receiving the replacement phone. They are:

Mine does this when it is jailbroken and I believe it has also when it's not. It also says MobilePhone, localhost "not trusted." It makes me nervous, is something wrong with my iPhone? I haven't download anything shady!!

Just got this same issue with a non-jailbroken phone. iPhone 5.

Shows expiration on 4/3/2015 every 15 seconds after I clear it.

Shows not trusted.

Stopped after the 5th time. For now.
