I'm in charge of keeping an inventory and ordering medical supplies for work. Right now I use a spread sheet to track how much of what items are where. Is there an app that will allow me to track how much I have of 1 item in multiple places? Ex: Large gloves 4 boxes in the back room, 2 boxes on the front shelves.

You'd better switch to electronic. After using an inventory software, we never looked back to spreadsheets, the initial input of products can be tedious - but I swear that being organized will give you more time and freedom later on. Watch video1 and video2 to see how it works and their site: http://www.wrnty.com/

If investing to software is not an option, say it's not worth the price for limited products, place a huge number to all boxes and take photos of each. Name your inventory files according to what the number contains. Organize, organize, organize. :)
