iPhone 15 Pro Inventory trackers already show in stock iPhone 15’s?

I was just checked one of those inventory websites the other day and it already shows Apple Store stock reflecting for an assortment of iPhone 15 models and sizes. I’ve always seen these websites to be very accurate in the past, so is it true that Apple stores have had iPhone 15 models in stock up to a week prior to release day?

Yes probably true, a lot of the carrier phones (TMO, VZW, ATT) are already in country at local Apple or carrier warehouses.

Same with Apple Watches - they are showing origination locations in the US which means they were already in country.

Orders on Apple.com typically are on planes from China.
