iPhone Inverted colors after recent iOS upgrade

Hi,

The screenshot shows "Display Accommodations" settings screen in Polish language.
As you can see, "invert colours" and "colour filters" are set to "off".
Anyone knows a solution?

"Zoom" set off and the issue went away!

Looks like Settings > General > Accessibility > Display Accommodations > Invert Colors > Smart Invert
I do not read Polish, so I cannot help with what the screen is displaying.

Try a hard reset, maybe the smart invert is toggled internally, but not registered with the control ( happens if you click it very quickly on a older device ).
