(Invisible) Buttons in iWeb?

Chicago IL currently, Tuscon AZ soon...
I would like to make a website using templates I created in Photoshop, and then put it all in iweb to put it together. Is it possible to make an "invisible" field so to speak to click on so that you can navigate from page to page?
