You'd have to make or find an icon that is blank. This will result in an invisible icon. It will also result in an unclickable icon...
 
I do not know what happen the google icon is invisible , I did not change any icons

Did a restart help? Either the application itself or even the whole Mac.
Maybe just a simple Log Out and Log In Again would do the trick too.

did that it did not help, I found the how to do it, thanks, this how below


1. Drag the invisible icon out of dock (poof!)
2. Use the terminal command to kill the dock. (In Terminal, type what is IN the quotes : "killall Dock" )
3. Then create a new. (drag from the applications folder back into the dock)
