Invisible icons on menu bar

Hi,

Just got a new MacBook 1.3ghz/512gb, great machine. :) However, several icons on the menu bar are invisible (Sibelius 8, Jottacloud etc.). I tried booting into safe mode, but that didn't work. How can I fix this?

[doublepost=1462003593][/doublepost]OK, figured out the problem. This happens when using autohide on the menu bar. Hopefully Apple is aware of this bug, and will fix the issue.
