Invoices

I need an ipad app that I can create my invoices with.
I need it to also work with some kind of online database that I can access from the web incase I need to look something up from my computer. Any ideas?

Numbers seems like a good choice but I work on Mac and Pc and need something web based that I can access too.

does Invoice to go HD do that?
