Inxtron SK-3500 U3 spin down with Yosemite

Hi

I bought an Intron SK-3500 U3 usb 3.0 enclosure last year, and I've been very satisfied, since it was able to spin down, otherwise my old firewire case.

But lately I've discovered, that the new drive stopped to spin down, also when I eject the drive in Yosemite 10.10.3 :(

The drive is used with a late 2012 Mac Mini.

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
