Ion Carbon Fiber Case

I have the above case for the ipad2. I love the case, it was a great investment. That being said, I assumed that it would not fit since it snaps onto the back of the ipad. But yet there is the case below, that looks to be the same type of case, and it is advertised as fitting both models. So what do you think, will my ion carbon fiber case fit the new ipad?

it should fit.

the link u provided says new ipad and ipad 2 so the design isn't 100% fit, but i believe its only .04mm difference which is really small. i would be more worried about the new ipad's taper

Are you talking about the top link dealing with the ion brand carbon fiber case? That is the one I have, and am unsure it will fit. The link below is an example of a similar case that is suppose to fit both. My case website doesn't seem to mention the "new ipad", unless I am missing it?

It fits ( just) but sleep function does not.
