IOS 10.02Upgrade Tmobile SMS Text not syncing

Hi,

Looks like SMS/MMS text messages fail to replicate after 10.02 upgrade across my ipad and iphone.

IMessages itself are fine.

Anybody else? Tried loggin in and out of iCloud, nothing.
