iOS 10.1.1 contact list

So I notice this problem with my iPhone 7 on iOS 10.1.1 (14B150) as you can see on the video clip when I tap on a contact name it will show me the name, phone number but when I swipe back to the list on the top of the screen shows like a sneak peak of the contact name on top! (It's hard to explain I'm sorry English isn't my mother tongue, you can watch the clip and notice the top left pf the screen when I swipe back)
Do you have the same problem? Should I restore my phone?

No, I do not see what you are seeing. Mind you, you also have 'Groups' missing at the top left corner where you are seeing the contact name briefly appearing.
