Seems my senior years are catching up with me....Problem fixed.

iOS 10.1.1 was re-released. So if you hooked up your iPhone to iTunes, it would reinstall. I hope this helps, I know you have fixed it but I thought you might like to know the cause.

I appreciate the help and yes, that is what I found out. But until I figured that out, it was a real head scratcher. Thanks again.
