iOS 10.1 BUG for iPhone 7 Only — Apps get desaturated and faded in App Switcher

If you have an iPhone 7 and you're on iOS 10.1, when you scroll thru your apps in the App Switcher, all the app previews of the apps will get faded and desaturated. You may not notice this, but trying closing and entering apps from the App Switcher with lots of color and you'll notice it. Apps like Health, YouTube, Safari, etc.
