iOS 10 iPhone 7/+ Home button features

First post, so hopefully the posting etiquette is correct.

I have searched for a bit and could not find a thread on the potential special features the new home button will have now that it is pressure sensitive. Has anyone read anything of potential gestures, shortcuts, etc. that it may end up having? Thanks in advance, cheers.
