iOS 10 on iPhone 7+ stutters?

Anyone else notice random stutters (e.g. app open/close animations) with iOS 10 and iPhone 7? Is it because it's using the low power cores for animations and other light tasks?

To me, iOS 10 on my 6S feel smoother overall.
