iOS 10 Quick Reply issue, now with video.

I asked this before but now I've captured it on video - Quick Reply from the lock screen is dismissing texts when I'm ONLY using the keys on the keyboard. Happens about 1/5 times or so but can be 1/15. I've quit using it and now just launch the text app to prevent this maddening bug (?) shown below. Anyone else seen it, even once, for my own sanity? My 6S Plus has been replaced by Apple after a screen replacement on my original failed to fix the issue. Here's what I mean. Sorry for upside down orientation, had my iPhone 5 backward when I filmed it.

What specific version of iOS 10 do you have?

I'm on 10.2 right now but it's done this on every version of 10 I've tried. I am guessing but I think I started at 10.0.2 then went to 10.1.1 and on to 10.2 where I am now. 10.2 at least saves the text when it boots you - if you launch Messages the text you were writing is still there.
