I have an iPhone 7 Plus 256GB.
I have noticed this for a while now, currently running final 10.2 and same thing happens.
If I am at the home screen and swipe right to get to the widgets, sometimes it gets stuck on the notifications and I cannot clear them from that screen since the x in upper right is behind the search. I have to swipe left to go to Home screen and then swipe down from top, then delete notifications. After that swiping to right works and brings up widgets.
Does anyone else experience this bug?
