iOS 11.0.1 "Download And Install" button keeps reactivating and doesn't download

When trying to install the iOS 11.0.1, after tapping "Download and Install", there's a circle spinning at the end of the button, then the button comes reactivates back to "Download and Install". It doesn't download the update. Also tried rebooting the device but didn't work.
Any one having the same issue?

Same issue here on my iPad. The iPhone update went smoothly.
