Updated to iOS 11.1 Beta 2 last night in the UK, currently on the EE network.
Phone works fine and is actually a little faster than before. Incoming calls work fine.
I cannot however make outgoing calls, when I ring a number, it simply says "Calling" and stays that way for about 30 seconds, until which point it gives up. Happens with landlines, mobiles etc.
I have done usual, reboot and restored network settings but the issue still persists!

Some customers are reporting problems when trying to make calls this morning. We are looking into this, and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
