I had to reset my finger prints on my se after I updated to 11.2.2 because it wouldn’t accept any finger. Wondering if anyone else had the same issue after updating.

Nope, did not happen to me.
Read somewhere recently that TouchID gets more false negatives when you register more finger prints. I have five defined and, at times, get flaky behaviour with TouchID (and no, sensor is clean, nothing on the fingers).
Using ApplePay? I would assume that any cards that were registered would be wiped/corrupted as well in the Secure Enclave if some issue with the update.
