Hi, I see 11.3 was released 29th March. Is it possible certain countries receive this update later - say 7th April? specifically version 11.3 (15E216)
Im asking because I reset my phone few days ago (3rd/April) and did a full update. 7th/April I was prompted to do another update for 11.3 although I cant find anything about it online
How possible it is for some sort of sophisticated way to get info from my phone via forcing a fake update if they have access to the network
