Just wanted to let people know who kept watchOS3 that 11.3 forces you to update your Apple watch. When I upgraded to the beta it said that the apple watch app on the iphone would no longer work so I had to upgrade. For those holding onto WatchOS3 like me you may want to skip the upgrade to 11.3.

If you are curious why I am holding onto an older version of watchOS it is for 2 reasons. WatchOS4 was terribly buggy on my series 1, siri worked 20% of the time, it was slow, wouldn't register touch screen sometimes. Sending my watch back to apple to downgrade brought it back to it's former speedy working self.

The other reason was that OS4 deleted a beloved feature of mine. I enjoyed the ability to view, choose and play music stored on my phone. 4 got rid of that entirely and seemingly for no other reason than to "encourage" you to get Apple music.

Looks like watchOS 4.3 will bring back viewing and controlling music on your iPhone!
Got music on the iPhone playing on the Apple TV from the watch.

Just saw that in the 4.3 beta thread. That is awesome. I really didn't think Apple was going to do it since they never addressed it.
