Why are you posting this in a thread dedicated to 11.4 beta 4? When you post here, people (quite reasonably) assume you are posting about that version of the software. There are other threads for other versions.
Huh? I'm asking about 11.4, asking if a bug is present in 11.4 doesn't require having it installed.

Set the phone up as New. Start fresh

After several tests it seems to be a provider related problem. Inserted other simcards, works without any problems. Used another simcard in the same cellular network as my usual sim is- works perfectly. Can count it down to my provider which is a virtual one, means doesn't own a network just offering the services.

Thanks for your help!

Is there anyone who is sometimes unable to change brightness from control center while device automatically changes the brightness? Sometimes brightness control does not respond my input.

Thanks for the replay. I really wish it comes sooner than expected. iOS 11 is really buggy and complete mess for me.

The first beta of a new iOS version always comes after the keynote on the first day of WWDC. This is one constant I don’t expect Apple to change.

That said, I hope iOS 12 is much less buggy than iOS 11 has been, so I share your hope there. 3 weeks to go!

^ Mostly. 10.3.3 was the last version worth installing, IMO. Everything else has been a beta in my mind.

My Se is still on 10.2 and don’t think I’m ever upgrading it ever

If iOS 12 is compelling maybe I’ll forego 11.1.2 and jailbreak on my 7+

But my daily , the X will have to stay on 11.1 for a while. I need jailbreak for it.

I feel the quality of first beta itself portends the finesse that is expected in the complete cycle. The first beta is the foundation.
We cannot expect a revolutionary improvement between the first beta and the fourth release.
That is what has happened with iOS 11.
