Quick question, I have this annoying bug on iOS 11.3.1 where a search in settings pops up with duplicate results. Has this been fixed on iOS 11.4 this beta or earlier ones?

As with every other build that Apple has ever released, OTA lags behind the beta site announcement for a fairly significant amount of time (1-60 minutes usually). Chill, it'll most likely show up within the hour.

Still doesn’t make this the final build. Even dropping the 5 and letter results in underlying code change. Including lack of feedback app.

Things such as the feedback app not showing up aren't necessary code changes. The OS can look at the build, and/or at the presence of profiles, and show or hide things, or disable or enable features.

When I was in Singapore I noticed that I could get the OTA-releases earlier when connecting to my german VPN. So they probably release it on a geographic basis (maybe not to overload their servers or (more likely) the distribution to all their server-farms takes some time).

Quite possible unless this build suppose to fix a major flaw like black dot. It could be the final beta and release build could be 15F079.
