iOS 11.4: Passcode max 1 hour? Password for Apps?

Hi,

I installed of my iPhone X iOS 11.4 and I wonder why I cannot select anymore that the passcode can be inserted after 4 hours. Now it is just 1 hour.

I have a second question. Sometime I must insert my AppleID password when I open an App, also if I made this before. I thought it was a bug on iOS 11.3 but now I have this on 11.4 too.

Both things are for me very, very boring. I hope, someone can help me to handle this.
