as I state in the title, both the iOS11 GM and the WatchOS4 GM were indeed the FINAL Public versions for anyone wondering how to update from GM to Final, basically it IS the final so there is nothing to update to, I personally deleted the beta profile file from both the Settings app on the iPhone and in the WATCH app on the iPhone To enroll the devices out of the beta program and continue with public releases from now on
